In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

By accessing the qq820 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them;
• You have read and accept our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3 below;
• All information you provide to qq820 is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

qq820 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address on their account or via a notice on the Platform homepage. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the qq820 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. qq820 operates a strict adults-only policy. Access by persons under 21 is prohibited, and qq820 will cooperate fully with any legal authority investigating underage gambling.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration and at the time of each transaction. qq820 is designed and operated primarily for the Indonesian market.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons under legal guardianship or subject to court orders restricting contractual capacity are not eligible.
4. Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of qq820 or any of its gaming, technology, or payment service providers.
5. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be currently subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or account suspension on the qq820 Platform or any affiliated platform.

To access the full range of qq820 services, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Individual: Each person may hold only one qq820 account. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and possible forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, current residential address, and a valid email address.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. qq820 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to secure your login details.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify qq820 immediately via our 24/7 live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Account Updates: It is your responsibility to keep your personal information current. Outdated contact information may delay withdrawals and identity verification processes.

qq820 is required to verify the identity of all Members as part of its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance framework. The KYC process may be initiated at registration or at any point during your membership, including prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport;
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of mobile banking app showing your account name);
• For large withdrawals (above Rp 50.000.000), additional source-of-funds documentation may be required.

qq820 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where KYC documentation cannot be verified, where documents appear to be falsified, or where the Member fails to respond to verification requests within 14 calendar days.

All deposits to qq820 accounts are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Accepted Methods: qq820 accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. qq820 does not accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in the current accepted methods displayed on the Platform.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party — or using a payment method registered to another individual — is strictly prohibited.
• Processing Times: Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your qq820 balance within 1–5 minutes during normal operating hours. Delays beyond 30 minutes should be reported to our support team with proof of transfer.
• Deposit Fees: qq820 does not charge fees on deposits. However, certain payment providers may apply their own transaction charges — check with your bank or e-wallet provider before transacting.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set personal deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools in their account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 calendar days.

qq820 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per request.
• Withdrawal to Own Account: All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name, matching the name on your qq820 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• KYC Compliance: Withdrawal requests will only be processed for accounts that have completed the required KYC verification. qq820 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Processing Times: Standard withdrawal processing targets are: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) within 15 minutes during operating hours; e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) within 5 minutes. These are targets, not guarantees — processing times may extend during periods of high volume or scheduled maintenance.
• Unmet Wagering Requirements: Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not permitted until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Withdrawal Limits: Standard account withdrawal limits are published on the Platform. VIP Members may be eligible for higher limits — refer to the VIP Program terms for details.
• Cancellation: A withdrawal request may be cancelled by the Member before it enters the processing queue. Once processing begins, withdrawal requests cannot be recalled.

qq820 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Eligibility: Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to active qq820 Members who have completed KYC verification and who are in good standing.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each Member is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise (e.g., a weekly recurring cashback).
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement stated in the promotion terms (commonly expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, e.g., "30×"). Bonus Funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirement is satisfied in full.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games typically contribute 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: qq820 operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, arbitrage betting using Bonus Funds, and coordinated play designed to exploit bonus terms. Detected abuse will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential clawback of associated winnings.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw: qq820 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a Member has already met the qualifying conditions of a promotion before modification, qq820 will honor the original terms for that Member.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the qq820 Platform. Game-specific rules for sports betting (including bandar bola — football bookmaking — and mix parlay — multi-leg accumulators), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery), live casino, and slot games are published separately within the Platform and are incorporated herein by reference.

• Final Decision: All bet settlements are determined by qq820's official results system, which is based on verified data from official league, governing body, and studio sources. In the event of a discrepancy, qq820's settlement decision is final.
• Errors: qq820 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneously published price or on the basis of a system error. Members will be notified of voided bets and their stake returned in full.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each market and game has published minimum and maximum stake limits. Stakes outside these limits will be rejected at the time of placement.
• Payout Caps: Maximum single-event and single-session payout caps apply and are displayed per market. qq820 reserves the right to limit payouts to the published cap even where the calculated winnings exceed it.
• Togel Markets: Togel draws are conducted on official international lottery schedules. qq820 is not responsible for delays to official draw announcements caused by the administering lottery body. Draw results are published on the Platform as soon as verified official results are available.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the qq820 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence to place bets, scrape odds, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Colluding with other Members, qq820 employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with qq820;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform — any identified vulnerability must be reported to [email protected] immediately;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing qq820 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

qq820 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the Platform. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we have a duty of care to all Members.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all qq820 Members free of charge, accessible via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the qq820 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

All content on the qq820 Platform — including but not limited to the qq820 name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, data compilations, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of qq820 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use the qq820 name or logo in any commercial context without prior written consent; or frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qq820 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Interruption or delay in Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond qq820's reasonable control (including internet outages, force majeure events, and government actions);
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials;
• Errors in bet settlement where such errors are promptly corrected and the Member's stake is returned.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits qq820's liability for: fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; death or personal injury caused by qq820's negligence; or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Indonesian or international law.

qq820 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Persistent bonus abuse or exploitation of Platform vulnerabilities;
• Requests by regulatory or law enforcement authorities;
• The Member's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, qq820 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found and the account was closed at qq820's initiative without cause, any undisputed balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within 14 business days.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to qq820's international licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits the application of any mandatory consumer protection rights available to Members under Indonesian law that cannot be contractually excluded.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through qq820's internal complaints procedure (see Clause 16) may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. Each party shall bear its own costs in any arbitration proceeding unless the arbitrator orders otherwise.
